By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
Yepp.link is a website owned and operated by Antom Media UG LLC, with its headquarters located in Regensburg, Germany.
1. Account Registration
1.1 In order to access certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
1.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach of your account.
2. Link Shortening and Bio Page Creation
2.1 Yepp Link offers link shortening and bio page creation services to registered users. By using these services, you understand and agree that all shortened links and created bio pages will be publicly accessible unless otherwise specified.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the content of the links and bio pages created using our services. You must ensure that the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
2.3 We reserve the right to remove or disable any links or bio pages that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
3.1 Yepp Link offers three subscription plans: Yepp, YeppLink, and YeppLink Pro. Each plan comes with a five-day trial period, during which you can access the features of the chosen plan without providing credit card information.
3.2 At the end of the trial period, you will receive a reminder email. If you wish to continue using the selected plan, you must provide valid payment details. Failure to do so will result in the automatic downgrade of your account to the free plan, limiting your access to certain features. Please note that in the free version, only randomly generated short links will be available, and any other feature associated with the trial plan will be discontinued.
3.3 All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The billing cycle depends on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable fees.
3.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation will initiate the deletion of all related data to your account, including links, bio pages, and associated information. This deletion process is irreversible, and we will not be responsible for any loss of data resulting from your cancellation.
3.5 If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the most recent paid billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Yepp.Link and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the Website's content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 Yepp.Link provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5.3 In no event shall Yepp Link be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modification of Terms

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Yepp Link is based, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Yepp Link is based.
8. Severability

9. Entire Agreement
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yepp Link regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
